1) Summary
- Reschedule free if you inform us ≥ 12 hours before a visit (subject to slot availability).
- Late cancellation/no access fee may apply if our team reaches your site and can’t proceed.
- Digital retainers are billed monthly; partial refunds depend on work already delivered.
- Prepaid ad budgets (Google/Meta, etc.) are paid to platforms and are non-refundable by us.
2) Pest Control — Single Visits
Cancellations
- ≥ 12 hours before slot: 100% refund or free reschedule.
- < 12 hours before slot: ₹ visit fee may apply (to cover travel/slot costs) or free reschedule at our discretion.
- No access on arrival: charged as attempted visit; we’ll try to reschedule on priority.
Partially Completed Work
If you end the visit mid-way, charges will reflect proportionate work completed (minimum call-out applies).
Note: Re-visit windows/warranties apply only if after-care and housekeeping guidance are followed.
3) AMC Plans (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Start & Billing: AMCs start on the first scheduled visit or within 30 days of invoice, whichever is earlier.
- Rescheduling Visits: Allowed within the AMC period, subject to slots. Unused visits don’t carry over unless agreed in writing.
- Early Termination: Refunds (if any) are pro-rated after deducting: (a) visits already performed at per-visit rates; (b) materials consumed; (c) administrative fee up to 10%.
- Example: If 2 of 4 visits are done and you terminate, we’ll charge 2× per-visit rate + materials + up to 10% admin; balance is refundable.
4) Digital Marketing — Retainers & Budgets
Monthly Retainers
- Billing: Monthly in advance.
- Cancellation: You may cancel for next month by notifying us at least 7 days before the new cycle.
- Partial Refunds: For current month, we reconcile effort already delivered (hours/tasks) and refund any unutilized portion at our discretion.
Ad/Media Budgets
- Budgets are paid directly by you to ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Such payments are non-refundable by us. Any credits/refunds rest with the platform’s policy.
- If we advanced funds on your behalf (rare), we’ll pass through any platform credit actually received back to us, net of bank/FX/processing charges.
Worked-Hours Example
Retainer ₹30,000/month for 30 hours. If you cancel mid-month and we’ve delivered 12 hours, reconciliation = 12/30 × ₹30,000 = ₹12,000 charge; balance of ₹18,000 may be refundable (less any third-party costs committed).
5) How to Request Cancellation/Refund
- Email us with subject “Refund/Cancellation — [Order/Invoice #]”.
- Share your contact, scheduled slot (if any), and brief reason.
- We’ll confirm reschedule/refund eligibility and next steps.
- For refunds, share UPI/bank details (name, account, IFSC) if not already on file.
We may request ID or order verification before processing.
6) Processing Timelines & Mode
- Approval: usually within 3–7 working days of complete request.
- Payout: within 5–10 working days after approval.
- Mode: UPI/IMPS/NEFT to the original payer or verified bank account.
- Deductions: bank/UPI gateway fees or platform charges may be netted where applicable.
7) Exceptions & Special Cases
- Force majeure (e.g., severe weather, strikes) may shift schedules without liability.
- Safety non-compliance at site (e.g., ventilation refusal) may be treated as no-access/attempted visit.
- Fraudulent/abusive use of promotions or repeated last-minute cancellations may be refused.
- Custom consumables/equipment procured specifically for your site are non-returnable; costs may be deducted.
